A great team information management tool

I coached high school soccer for years, and we used stuff like Remind (101) and Google classroom to stay in touch with kids, but my son is playing on a club team that just started using Team Snap. This is so much better than those older tools. The ability to add parents, individual contact info, update rosters and schedules, and send automated emails and/or texts to parents really puts this over the top.
Signup was poorly implemented, and its the one area where the app could use some serious improvement.
I was traveling when my sons coach added parents. My wife sent me an invite, and the link would work once. The signup process timed out, and the link wouldnt work again. Its simple and quick, if you are beside a team administrator (in TeamSnap), but sending invites by email was a rocky process that failed 4 times, before I got my account set up.
